When you visit this website, information of a general nature is recorded automatically (server log files: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access). This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you personally.

3. Contact form (Formspree)

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, e-mail, message) is transmitted to Formspree Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #6663, Walnut, CA 91789, USA in order to process your enquiry. Formspree processes this data on servers in the USA. Further information can be found in Formspree's privacy policy:

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by e-mail.

4. Embedded videos (FrameRate.tv)

Some pages of this website contain embedded videos from the FrameRate service (framerate.tv). The provider is based in the USA and does not publish a postal address for service.

These videos are not loaded automatically. As long as you do not click anything, no connection to FrameRate is established — the page only shows a still image with a play symbol. The FrameRate player is loaded only once you start a video.

With this click, your IP address and technical details about your browser and device are transmitted to FrameRate. In doing so, the provider may set cookies or store data in your browser. It does not disclose which data it processes, for what purpose or for how long; I have no influence over this.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by clicking the play symbol. You can withdraw it at any time by not starting any further videos; the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.

The data is transferred to the USA, i.e. to a third country within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. It was not possible to establish whether FrameRate is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; no standard contractual clauses are in place. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities may access the data and that it may be more difficult to enforce your rights as a data subject there. If you do not want this, please do not start the videos.

This website contains links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Spotify. By clicking on these links you leave this website. The privacy policies of the respective providers then apply.
